University of Maryland – Vascular Surgery Center

The + was supporting a full redesign (design/build) including value engineering, all while keeping the project on schedule. 

KasCon provided all new mechanical, electrical and plumbing as well as base structural slab to this building shell transforming it into a full medical office and exam space with two procedure rooms and post-op areas.  High–end finishes and unique design features were used to elevate the space for University of Maryland – Vascular Surgery Center in Largo, MD.  The project required heavy coordination with third party inspection, building management and utility companies.
