CAO: Bay Area Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine

The + was involving all stakeholders early in the project to avoid any design or construction issues and enable a seamless transition from the previous location to the new one.

This 12,000 sq.ft. project included a complete demo and build-out for a new state-of-the-art orthopaedic and sports medicine center in Hanover, MD. The build-out included three imaging rooms, multiple exam rooms and office space as well as a complete physical therapy space with treatment tables and gym equipment so patients can continue treatment within the same facility.
